Isuzu Motors India Private Limited is a subsidiary of Isuzu Motors Limited, Japan. It was established in August 2012 in India having its headquarters in Chennai. It sells the mighty Sports Utility Vehicle the MU-7 and recently launched India's first adventure utility vehicle the D-Max V-Cross in May-2016. Isuzu Motors unveiled the Isuzu D-MAX V-Cross at the Auto Expo 2016.
Currently Isuzu has a manufacturing agreement with Hindustan Motors (HML) under which HML is assembling Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kits of Isuzu's Sports Utility Vehicle MU-7 at its Thiruvallur, Chennai plant. Isuzu Motors Limited, Japan has its headquarters in Tokyo and has its operations in 25 countries and selling in more than 100 countries.
